Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all estimates, invoices, and general communications ("Services") provided by CH Facilities Services ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Estimates
- Validity: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change after this period.
- Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the information available at the time. However, actual costs may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.
- Acceptance: Acceptance of an estimate must be communicated to us in writing. Any changes to the scope of work will require a revised estimate.
Invoices
- Payment Terms: Payment terms are as specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until payment is received.
- Methods of Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, and other methods as specified on the invoice.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. Disputes must be submitted in writing.
General Communications
- Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all information in our communications is accurate. However, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
- Confidentiality: All communications are confidential and intended solely for the recipient. You agree not to disclose or distribute our communications without our written consent.
- Intellectual Property: All content in our communications, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of CH Facilities Services and may not be used without our permission.
Services
- Scope of Work: The scope of work will be as detailed in the accepted estimate or contract. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing.
- Quality of Work: We aim to provide high-quality Services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Guarantees: We guarantee parts and labour for a period of 12 months from the completion of the work unless otherwise specified. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the Services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures to provide Services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
Termination
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate Services at any time for any reason, including non-payment or breach of these Terms.
- Termination by You: You may terminate Services at any time by providing written notice. You will be liable for any costs incurred up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
